2. Scope These terms apply to orders for Dryden products placed on getdryden.com. We currently deliver within Australia only.

3. Products Product pages describe each robe's material, sizes, colours and price. We aim to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and small colour differences can occur. Obvious mistakes in an offer or price are not binding.

4. Prices and payment Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change, but changes don't apply to orders already placed. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery See our Shipping policy for costs, dispatch times and what happens if an order is delayed.

6. Returns, cancellations and warranty Our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy explains the 30-day fit return, cancellations, faulty items and our 1-year warranty. Please read it before ordering.

7. Using the robe Always supervise your dog while it wears the robe, remove it once your dog is dry, and follow the care label. Check the size chart before ordering.

8. Questions and complaints Email info@getdryden.com. We respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

9. Governing law and your rights Dutch law applies to these terms. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that can't be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
