Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Shipping costs

• Standard tracked shipping: A$8.95 per order.
• Free shipping when your order contains 2 or more robes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Delivery times depend on where you are in Australia.

If your order is delayed or lost

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email info@getdryden.com with your order number so we can investigate. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

If we can't dispatch your order within the expected time, we'll let you know. You can then choose to wait for the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery details

Please check your name, address and contact details at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to help, but we can't always change an order once it's being processed or has shipped. If an order can't be delivered only because of incorrect details given at checkout, reasonable redelivery costs may apply. We'll explain them before arranging redelivery.
